Good Morning Freedom

Artist Sonia Boyce gives a lecture on her own practice and long term interest in sound.This event is presented in the context of Scat, an exhibition in which Boyce explores the significance of sound in art. This is investigated through the presentation of two video works and through The Devotional Collection, a multi-media archive she has built which charts the history of black women in the music industry.
